Participants must be in good health and free from any serious contagious diseases, including those transmitted through contact, coughing/sneezing, or COVID-19 on the event date.

All participants are required to have personal accident insurance covering the entire duration of the event.

All participants must have a GPS-enabled device that records distance and displays the cycling route, which can be reviewed by the event organizers upon request if there are any concerns.

Participants must have completed a 600BRM within the past 2 years and meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Successfully completed a 1,000BRM event during the 2023–2025 season.

• Successfully completed an LRM event, either domestic or international, during the 2023–2025 season.

• Held Super Randonneurs status for the 2023–2024 season.

• Received approval from the event organizers by submitting a cycling history to the INBOX of the Audax Nakhonpathom Cycling Club page. For example, details of LRM events previously participated in (location and date), or 1,000BRM events completed (location and date), may be submitted for consideration.

• If the organizers determine that participation cannot be granted, a refund will be processed afterward.
